What materials do you use for THZH Prints products?
We engineer our Kitchen & Dining and Bathroom & Laundry
product line using food-grade Sunlu PETG plastic for items near food prep spaces due to its high moisture resistance, heat tolerance, and structural strength. For non-food decor, storage solutions, and functional organization across all seven living spaces—including bathrooms, kitchens, offices, and living areas—we utilize premium Sunlu PLA (including specialized Wood, Black, White, and Silver finishes).
Are 3D printed items safe for high-humidity areas like bathrooms?
Yes! Both Sunlu PETG and Sunlu PLA handle typical residential bathroom humidity well for non-submerged items like soap trays, toothbrush holders, and wall mounts. To maintain hygiene in moist environments, we recommend cleaning items regularly with warm water and mild dish soap
Are 3D printed items dishwasher safe or heat-resistant?
No. High-temperature dishwasher cycles or boiling water can cause structural warping over time. We recommend gentle hand-washing with warm water and mild dish soap to preserve product quality and longevity.
Why do I see fine lines on my product?
Additive manufacturing builds each item precision layer-by-layer. These subtle surface textures are a natural characteristic of FDM 3D printing, reflecting the authentic craft of every piece.
Safety & Usage Precautions
Are your products food-safe or FDA-certified?
Our organizers are designed for dry goods, packaged foods, kitchen storage, and produce with natural protective peels (such as bananas, avocados, citrus, and garlic). Because they are intended for non-direct food contact storage rather than direct raw food preparation, our products do not require or hold FDA certification. For wet, oily, or unpackaged raw foods, we recommend using a protective food wrap or plate barrier.
Is hanging unpeeled produce safe on your organizers?
Yes! Produce with thick natural protective outer peels—such as bananas, avocados, citrus, and garlic—can be safely stored or hung directly on all THZH Prints organizers.
Choking & Toy Safety Warning:
Some of our products contain small moving parts or detachable components. These products are not suitable for children under 3 years old due to potential choking hazards.

Shipping & Order Processing
Processing Time: Every order is printed, hand-finished, inspected, and packaged to order right here in our workshop. Standard orders are processed and ready to ship within 1 to 3 business days.
High Volume & Production Updates: During peak demand or high order volumes, production may occasionally require a little extra time so we never compromise on quality. If your order is affected, our team will reach out directly via email with an updated estimated ship date.
Carrier & Tracking: As soon as your order is boxed and labeled, a tracking link will be sent straight to your email so you can follow your shipment every step of the way.
Returns & Replacements
Standard Returns: We want you to love your build! We accept returns on items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition, and buyers cover return shipping costs.
Custom Orders: We strictly manufacture and sell standardized catalog products from our product line. We do not offer custom modeling, personalized modifications, or custom requests at this time.
Damaged in Transit or Defects: If your package arrives damaged during shipping or has a manufacturing defect, please send a quick photo to support@thzhprints.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will handle it immediately and send out a free replacement.
